Parking Restrictions Lifted

Home Parking Restrictions Lifted

The Mayor and the Board of Trustees have waived overnight and timed parking restrictions (15 min, 30 min, hourly etc.), on all the Village’s streets and parking lots on the following days/hours:
Monday September 20th at 5pm through Wednesday September 22th at 10pm
Friday September 24th at 5pm through Saturday September 25th at 10pm
Monday September 27th at 5pm through Wednesday September 29th at 10pm

In addition, overnight parking restrictions are lifted on Monday September 27th on all Village's streets and parking lots. 

Please note that these restrictions are still in effect on Middle Neck Road and East Shore Road.

All other parking restrictions will remain in effect. For example, the following continue to be strictly enforced and violations will be issued:

1.      Parking where a sign states “No Parking” or “No Standing”
2.      Parking where a sign states or indicates “No Parking Here to Corner”
3.      Parking in fire lanes or in front of fire hydrants
4.      Parking that blocks a driveway
5.      Parking on or within 20 feet of a crosswalk, unless otherwise indicated
6.      Parking within 30 feet of a stop sign
